Highly recommend. Kevan knows his stuff. Responsive and easy to talk to. Made the whole process simple and straightforward. Gave good recommendations for local inspectors and other services providers. Scheduled home viewing at times that worked for me. Made sure to keep me updated when speaking to seller, inspector, surveyor, and title company. Was able to negotiate a $10k reduction off sales price and a number of additional repairs needed found during the home inspection.

Kevan just helped me purchase my first home and was an excellent realtor. He kept me informed throughout the process, and kindly educated me on things that were new to me. Kevan did a great job communicating with my lender, title company, and the seller, so that the process stayed on track. After closing on the house, Kevan continued to assist and ensure that my move was efficient.

Kevin was communicative, knowledgeable, and an overall great guy. I was a first time home buyer and he patiently explained everything thoroughly. He answered all of my last minute calls, he responded to all text messages, and he gave me advice on how to save money when fixing up the house I purchased. I will be contacting Kevan for all of my future real estate needs.

Kevan Pewitt is an excellent real estate agent and he is a pleasure to work with. He is experienced, knows the market, and goes above and beyond to help his clients through the real estate transaction process. He answered all of our questions and helped us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Kevan to anyone needing assistance with buying or selling property.
